Wanted: Student Systems Programmers

If you enjoy working on open source software, Open Systems Solutions would like to have a word with you.

Dependable self-starters are sought for an opportunity to work with the Central Systems and Services group in Rutgers University's Office of Information Technology.

- Willingness to work in a *NIX-friendly environment.

- Solid *NIX sysadmin experience a must
  ( Linux skills desired, Solaris doesn't hurt )

- Programming ability a must
        - C and C++ programming skills desirable
        - Shell scripting desirable
        - Perl and Python also a plus

- Minimum of 8 hours/week. 12-15 hours/week is preferred.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- People who will be students at Rutgers for the next two years.

Pay is based on experience and ability.

Flexible hours.   Training provided.   Convenient on-campus location.
