Now Hiring: Student UI/UX & Graphics Designer

If you would like the opportunity to work on the look and feel of official Rutgers products and services, Open System Solutions (OSS) would like to have a word with you.

Dependable self-starters are sought for an opportunity to work with the Enterprise Application Services: Enterprise Messaging group in Rutgers University's Office of Information Technology.

Responsibities:

• Work in a team environment to create illustrations, graphics, and mockups for the products and services of the Rutgers University community.

Requirements:

• Currently a student with one or more years left at Rutgers
• Ability to work 12-20 hrs/wk on average during the semester
• Ability to work 20-30 hrs/wk during the summer of 2021.
• Experience with Adobe products for design such as Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with graphic design, vector illustration and/or UI/UX
• A portfolio, website or collection of past design experience or projects
• Ability to lift 30lbs

Experience using any of the following is a plus, but not required:

• Video editing experience
• Web development or frontend experience
• Experience with mockup software such as Sketch or Adobe XD
